Tŷ Lettings consistently have up to date full gas and electricity safety certificates for all properties, and each property is fitted to comply with full fire safety requirements. We are a fully affiliated member of The Landlords Association. Safety is a major priority and NO shortcuts will ever be taken.

We do NOT charge sign-up fees for renting our houses. We don’t need to because you are dealing directly with us.

If you need to contact us, just call our Property Manager directly (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm), no middle man.
If you have an emergency outside these hours, please call us, but please note this is for emergencies only.

We will take time to go through the contract with you and answer all your questions directly. A copy of the contract you will receive can be found here.

If you decide to rent one of our houses, we have designed some optional and easy all-inclusive packages to help you budget. Our all-inclusive package has been negotiated with energy suppliers to provide high value for money using environmentally friendly energy sources.

It is important to us that you enjoy your house. Please contact us directly with any queries you may have (either by email or phone) and we will deal with them promptly.
We will fix your rental price if you stay in one of our properties for 2 consecutive years.

All deposits are protected by the www.mydeposits.co.uk scheme. Mydeposits is a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme.
