Tŷ Lettings are Welsh Government certified specialists, focused on providing safe, high quality student lettings properties located in Upper Bangor.

‘We are Rent Smart Wales’ registered landlords and all houses are licensed by the Gwynedd Council’s House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) scheme. This means that all gas, electrical, fire safety and comfort standards  are inspected by an independent team of experts at the Council.

We own, maintain and manage all of our rental properties so we can ensure that we provide first class living space to all our tenants.

All of our properties are managed by the Tŷ Lettings team, who only look after Tŷ Letting properties, which means that we can pay attention to your needs.

We do not let for other landlords. As a Tŷ Lettings tenant you will have direct contact with our team, thereby avoiding problems that can occur with middle-managers.

The Tŷ Lettings team are all local, and we have the knowledge to provide ideally located houses which suit diverse groups attending the different sites of the University. We have close ties with the University so have a very good understanding of the requirements of students.
